3-Day Military Diet To Lose 10 Lbs In 3 Days

Day #1

Breakfast: a piece of toast and peanut butter, half a grapefruit, a cup of tea or coffee with no sugar


Lunch: half a can of tuna, a piece of toast, a cup of tea or coffee with no sugar

Dinner: half a banana, a scoop of vanilla ice-cream, 80 gr. of chicken meat

Day #2

Breakfast: 1 egg, half a banana, a piece of toast

Lunch: 2 hard-boiled eggs, a few crackers

Dinner: half a banana, half a cup of carrots, half a scoop of vanilla ice-cream, 2 hot-dogs and some broccoli

Day #3

Breakfast: 5 crackers, a small piece of cheese, 1 apple, a cup of tea or coffee with no sugar

Lunch: 2 hard-boiled eggs, a piece of toast

Dinner: half a banana, a scoop of vanilla ice-cream, 1 can of tuna

Drink plenty of water during the diet and remember to exercise regularly to lose up to 10 lbs. in only 3 days!
